Jeff began a very successful recruiting career in 1974 with a national executive search firm. He founded Health Search in 1980 and continues to nurture and expand the company daily as its hands-on leader. He is the recipient of countless awards and honors.

RICK WOOTTON, Vice President
Rick brings 25+ years of healthcare financial management experience as Hospital CFO to the firm. His numerous contacts within the industry add significant value to Health Search's ability to source key management personnel.

PHIL JOUJON-ROCHE, Vice President
Phil brings over 20 years of healthcare sales and marketing experience to the firm. His diverse background includes working for providers as well as vendors within our industry.

JACK LEVENSON, Executive Recruiter
Jack earned his Master’s at St. John’s University. He brings to Health Search 25+ years of experience in sales, training and marketing as well as an intense focus on serving the needs of his clients.

Alison brings her communications and public relations skills and experience to Health Search's Marketing and Research department. Alison earned her bachelors degree at the University of California, San Diego.
